Whilst there were some positives such as the large beach, a selection of good food at Reflections and the Vista bar for great Martinis (thanks Raheem), I found some staff to be quite rude at times & not what I would have expected in delivering good customer service.Īfter taking advantage of being able to visit sister hotels we spent a day at Waves in the adults only section & decided that we much preferred this boutique style hotel. Unfortunately we found Crystal Cove to be really dated and in need of a makeover. Initially we were booked for 14 nights to stay at the Crystal Cove hotel having stayed there four years ago.
